Upon hearing that someone intimidating was needed to scare off the gang members around the city, one could say Ixx was more than happy to co-operate. He could be rather persuasive when the need arised, especially considering that his hobby was basically starting (and usually winning) brawls. Not to mention he had a lot of friends.
